Industrial Pellet
The industrial pellet fuel manufactured by Energex is made from a mix of sawdust and bark with an ash content over 3%. The product is shipped in bulk or packaged in 40 pound bags. The industrial pellet can be burned in suspension after pulverizing or in firepots. Oil or gas boilers can easily be retrofitted for pellets. Because pellets have a low moisture content, constant steam or hot water output can be maintained. Industry and institutions including schools use pellet fuel to lower costs and to hedge against oil and gas price spikes.
